BOLD kitchens and bathrooms was born through a passion for architectural design, joinery & construction. Founder Luke Gilmore started in the industry with an apprenticeship in cabinet making in 2003, lucky enough to be in a team working on some of the most prestigious homes in South East Queensland and lighting a love and eye for beautiful design and exceptional quality. Luke has taken his passion to create a small and boutique construction team focusing on complete renovations of your kitchen and bathroom space.
We strive to create timeless finishes to the highest of standards and involve our clients along the journey, from the initial meeting through to the finishing touches on a room, our clients receive expert and helpful guidance throughout the entire design and build process. We continue to maintain our standards by focussing on projects with a small team and hands on approach.

RENOVATION PROCESS
Enquire to BOLD via phone or submitting an enquiry

We will arrange an initial obligation free site inspection to note site requirements... but most importantly, gain a better understanding of your budget and vision that your looking to create in your new kitchen or bathroom.

Provide you with a detailed quote and project timeframe.
​
If you choose BOLD to undertake your renovation, we proceed with a 10% deposit and start the process of designing your space.
​
Once a design is signed off on, we provide a project schedule and begin to order necessary materials and products... now we build!

Get Informed
IS BOLD KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS LICENSED?
YES! BOLD is a licensed builder with the QBCC, we also have public and products liability insurance for $5,000,000.
DO YOU MANAGE OTHER TRADES?
YES! As a licensed builder, BOLD manages the renovation process and trades involved from start to finish. Â All trades managed under BOLD are fully qualified, insured and work to our high standards!
DO YOU UNDER TAKE PARTIAL WORKS OR ALTERATIONS?
No, at BOLD we focus on complete kitchen and bathroom renovations, we only undertake a certain number of projects at any one time so our focus remains on the complete build process (which we love!)
HOW LONG DOES A KITCHEN OR BATHROOM TAKE TO RENOVATE?
This all depends on the scale of job and can vary depending on the simplicity or alternatively, how complex the project is!

As a rough guide, bathrooms tend to be 3 weeks until your back showering. Kitchens will usually be 2-3 weeks from demolition until stone is installed and splashbacks finished. Unfortunately stone can only be templated once the kitchen is installed, this will take 5-10 working days for installation from this point, but well worth the wait!
HOW FAR WILL BOLDÂ TRAVEL TO UNDERTAKE A KITCHEN OR BATHROOM RENOVATION?
Most of our work at BOLD is completed in the Brisbane metro and the Redlands.  We have undertaken projects down to Burleigh Heads and as far north as Noosa Heads in QLD, if your unsure just send us an enquiry!
